The Structural Dashboard

Welcome to Hevel’s Vault.

This is a Digital Brain—a living, file system designed to preserve value against the flood of the internet. We call this architecture The Arc.

This site is a direct window into my local file system. What you see here is what I use daily to operate my business, life, and theology.

1. System Hierarchy

The Vault is organized into five primary quadrants, strictly numbered to enforce order:

  • 0 Bird: The Operations Layer. The domain of the “Overseer”—the AI that manages the vault’s hygiene and routing.
  • 1 Jason: The Leadership Layer. The domain of the Minister & Leader. Theology, Journaling, and Executive Direction.
  • 2 Peter: The Administration Layer. The domain of the Administrator. Business logic, finance, and resource management.
  • 3 Jim: The Engineering Layer. The domain of the Programmer. Code, automation, and tools.
  • 4 Brand: The Presence Layer. The domain of the Builder. Hevel’s online presence, galleries, and publishing.

2. The Digital Staff

This system is maintained by a team of specialized AI agents, treated as digital staff:

  • Bird: The Overseer/orchestrator.
  • Peter: The Administrator (Business AI Expert).
  • Jim: The Programmer.
  • Brand: The Builder (Online Presence).
  • Ricky: The Creator (Content).

3. How to Navigate

  • The Graph: Use the interactive graph to see connections between nodes.
  • Tags: We use tags strictly for Topics (e.g., #theology, #system, #business). Status is hidden in the metadata.
  • The Search: Ctrl+K (or the search bar) is the fastest way to find anything.

4. The Loop

This vault operates on a Cybernetic Loop:

  1. Input: Revelation enters via 1 Jason (The Minister).
  2. Process: 0 Bird routes, 3 Jim builds, 2 Peter administers.
  3. Output: 4 Brand establishes the presence, Ricky creates the content.
