We often try to build “The Perfect System” (Organization) before we have done any work (Workflow). This is the architecture of a tomb.
Life is movement.
- Start moving (Create potential energy).
- Observe the path (The Workflow).
- Pave the path (The Organization).
Don’t build a bookshelf before you own a book.
We live in an era of “Hacks.” We want to do things faster before we know what we are doing. This strips the soul out of the process.
Authenticity requires friction. It requires doing it the hard way until you understand the “Why.” If you automate a chaotic process, you just get Automated Chaos.
The Holy Order:
- Do (Manual/Authentic)
- Organize (Structure/Logic)
- Optimize (Speed/Scale)
- Automate (Remove the Human)
Skip a step, and you lose the soul.
